We are thrilled to announce that Mathematics Instructional Coach Dee Granger has been named Mississippi Project Manager!
Dee Granger has been serving districts in Mississippi and Alabama with Bailey Education since 2019 as a math instructional coach, ACT certified educator, and data coach, and district instructional coach mentor/coach, as well as assisting in content development. During her years at Bailey, Dee has served in over 50 schools, using the Bailey coaching model to build relationships with teachers as they work to provide students with the tools needed for success after high school.Â
Prior to transitioning to Bailey, Dee served over fourteen years in K-12 education as a classroom teacher. She also has ten years of experience in corporate training prior to becoming an educator. As an instructional mentor and classroom teacher, she developed research-based interventions, student-centered instructional units, and data-driven lessons for diverse learners. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi, a Master’s of Arts in Secondary education from Belhaven University and is Nationally Board certified in Early Adolescence Mathematics.
