Educator Designation Pathway
Bailey Education Group is proud to offer the Master & Lead Professional Educator Designation Pathways to Arkansas educators in K-12 school districts and cooperatives. These programs supports teacher leaders in fulfilling the Arkansas Division of Elementary and Secondary Education's (DESE) requirements for both Master & Lead PLE designation, while continuing to make an impact in their current roles. Through a four-month or six-month cohort experience, participants strengthen instructional leadership by engaging in job-embedded activities focused on mentorship, data analysis, and professional development.
