Kelli M. Speed Named Federal Programs Content and Project Manager at Bailey Education Group!

We are excited to announce that Kelli M. Speed has been named Federal Programs Content and Project Manager for Bailey Education Group!

Kelli is a highly accomplished education professional with extensive federal program management experience. Her career spans over thirty years in many roles from teacher, interventionist, district academic support, and pre-kindergarten coordinator to her most recent position as Director of Federal Programs for Meridian Public School District. In MPSD, she managed multimillion-dollar grants, including various Title programs, School Improvement, ESSR1, CRESA-ESSR2, and ARP-ESSR3. Her expertise in project management, financial oversight, and compliance as a member of the leadership team in Meridian has significantly improved educational outcomes.

Kelli's dedication to education is evident in her work. She has led numerous initiatives that enhanced resource allocation and program fidelity, developed and delivered training materials, developed procedures manuals and processes, and built strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Her skills in problem-solving, change management, and leadership have made her an asset to every team she has been a part of.

Kelli earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and her Master’s degree from Mississippi State University. She is passionate about empowering educational professionals and fostering innovation in the ever-evolving landscape of federal program administration.

Kelli and her husband, Marc, make their home in Enterprise, MS. We are thrilled to have her on board and look forward to the significant impact she will bring to Bailey Education Group.
